Care guide
This is the page the QR code on your care card points to. Find your plant below, or skip to the general rules â most plant deaths come from one of the same three mistakes.
General rules
Far more houseplants are killed by overwatering than underwatering. If the top inch of soil is still damp, wait.
It's the most common distress signal, and the instinct is to water more â do the opposite and let it dry out.
Roots that sit in water rot. If your pot has no drainage hole, water less and check the base isn't pooling.
Most gifting plants want bright light without direct sun â a metre or two back from a window is usually right.
Message us with a photo and we'll tell you what's going on â this is covered whether you bought it yourself or received it as a gift.
